Charlotte is the most popular salad potato in the UK, the tubers tend to be long with yellow skin and remain firm, with a yellow waxy flesh perfect for boiling and in salads.

The mature tubers are packed full of flavour and are ideal for pan frying from cold after boiling.

Charlotte has good resistance to foliage and tuber blight and is an RHS award of garden merit winner.

Second earlies can be harvested 15-16 weeks from planting.
